The miracle of forgiveness
So tender and so sweet
First start it with yourself
To you I do entreat.

Then open up your heart
And swallow all your pride
You will feel much better
In this I will confide

Fix the wrongs you’ve previously made
Do this as best you can
Make restitution your main concern
On this principle you can plan

A solemn vow you then must make
And keep it to the end
Always seeking to ever do good
And never to offend
